Yes, it's true. You should have called us in the first place.  However, it is not too late.  We can send out one of our drywall repair specialists to scrape, resurface and retexture the repair to bring it up to Tracy Drywall standards.  Unfortunately, most of the time, this is going to cost as much as if we had done the repair from scratch.  Reason being, we do not have to replace the drywall again, but instead of floating just the seams of the repair, we now have to float over the entire repair.  This is the part of the job that requires the most skill.  If you need further assistance, or need more questions answered, please feel free to contact us and we can go over your specific needs.
